Joe serves at the Chief Business Officer for Credent Wealth Management. He supports Credent’s corporate development team, which focuses on finding advisor partners to be part of the wealth creation story, while leading the sales and marketing strategies for the company as a whole.

Prior to joining Credent in 2021, Joe worked in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years supporting various markets including automotive, motors and robotics. As senior director of sales & marketing, he led a $500 million global organization creating strategies, developing sales teams and integrating business units into the organization’s sales processes. Before that, he worked in various roles, including director of sales and director of integration for a leading magnet wire manufacturer in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He and his wife Margaret have three active boys and enjoy sporting events and watching the boys’ activities.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Saint Francis.
