Brian Wessley serves as Chief Talent Officer at Credent Wealth Management. He leads Credent’s human resources and talent development efforts to ensure each team constantly meets and exceeds client expectations.

He has 32 years of broad-based HR experience including strategic planning, performance management, benefits, training & development, recruiting and selection.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his master’s degree in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
